Warriors score hockey sweep in Juneau

WASILLA — The Wasilla Warriors opened the 2016-17 season with a pair of lopsided victories in Juneau over the weekend.

Russell Harren and Garrett Conroy each tallied a pair of goals to lead Wasilla to a 9-3 win over Juneau-Douglas in the season opener.

The following night, Porter Schachle, Justin Bayliffe and Alex Engen scored two goals each during an 11-2 victory over the Bears.
