WASILLA — Five different players scored to lead Wasilla to a 5-0 win over the Homer Mariners at the Brett Memorial Ice Arena on Friday.
Brandon Trush, Tegan Harrington, Dylan McRee, Chancie Hanson and Tanner Schachle each found the back of the net for the Warriors, who outshot Homer 44-9 in the game.
Wasilla outshot opponents a combined 84-19 in consecutive games against Kenai and Homer. Lauren Massie stopped all nine shots he faced to earn the shutout.
