WASILLA — The Wasilla Warriors split a two-game home series with Northern Lights Conference volleyball rival Soldotna.
Wasilla followed a 3-1 loss to the Stars with a 3-2 (29-31, 19-25, 25-20, 25-21, 15-13) win over Soldotna on Saturday. Jada Schultz and Josi Schachle smacked 21 kills each in the win. Raeley Carney added nine kills. Emily Cizek collected 42 digs. Taylin Fraker added 23 digs.
Cizek led Wasilla with 38 digs on Friday. Schachle chipped in 10 kills and 14 digs. Schultz finished with 13 kills and seven digs.
