WASILLA — Palmer goalie TJ O’Rourke made 52 saves Tuesday night. Reserve netminder Joshua Horacek added a dozen more. But the Wasilla Warriors put 76 shots on the Palmer goal.
Wasilla used the 76 shots and seven power play goals to score a 12-2 nonconference win over the Moose Tuesday at the Brett Memorial Ice Arena in Wasilla.
Dylan Harbour led Wasilla with a hat trick worth of power play goals. McKinley Larson added a pair with the advantage. Chase Schachle also scored twice. Dillon Matson, Langston Bouma, Zach Roush, Aaron Koivunen and Garrison Holler also scored. Nolan Mulneaux led the Warriors with four assists.
Luke Thiesen and Jack Matlock scored for the Moose.
Aaron Campbell made 19 saves for Wasilla.
