The Wasilla Warriors swept a pair of varsity basketball games at Palmer High School Thursday night.
Sisters Bella Hays and Layla Hays combined for 29 points to lead Wasilla to a 58-28 girls win over the Moose. Bella Hays scored a game-high 18. Layla Hays added 11. The Warriors scored 19 points in each of the first two quarters.
Kinzey Hutchings led Palmer with nine points.
The Wasilla boys scored a 68-60 win over Palmer. Parker Kroon led Wasilla with 23 points. Connor Dudley finished with 18 and Dylan Jeffus added 14.
Kael Galliher led Palmer with 16 points. Arin Mathis had 15, Gavin O’Brien finished with 14 and Elzavier Bradley chipped in 11.
