WASILLA — The Wasilla Warriors scored a 57-15 win over Lathrop in a wrestling dual at Wasilla High Thursday evening.
Defending state champion Nate McKimson was among the winners for the Warriors. McKimson edged Joe Dickinson 5-4 at 160 pounds. Justin Gentz (126), Pat Inglet (152), Quace Wright (220) and Brandon Abbott (113) also pinned opponents.
Wright is also a returning state champ.
The Warriors are part of the 36-team Lancer Smith Memorial, which starts this morning at Palmer High.
