The Wasilla girls and Palmer boys opened up their prep soccer seasons with victories.
Wasilla blanked Eagle River 1-0. Alia Shane scored the goal, and Summer Michael recorded the assist. Ella Hale recorded the shutout for the Warriors.
Fischer Adams scored to lead Palmer to a 1-0 win over North Pole. Gavin Toche assisted on the goal, and Michael Larson earned the shutout for the Moose.
