PALMER — On a wild afternoon at Palmer High School, the Wasilla Warriors ran away with the girls team title during the Region III Cross-Country Running Championships on the Michael Janecek Running Trails.
Wasilla, the defending champs, placed all five scoring runners in the top 16 to score another title. Mariah Burroughs led WHS with a third-place finish.
