The Alaska State Troopers have arrested a Wasilla man accused of two different sexual assaults.
Joshua Lebhart, 37, was taken into custody Feb. 13 at 3 p.m., according to an online dispatch published by AST. After a trooper investigation, a Palmer grand jury indicted Lebhart on two counts of sexual assault in the first degree, two counts of assault in the first degree, two counts of assault in the second degree and one count of assault in the third degree.
Troopers said there are two different victims, and the allegations are from the summer of 2019.
Lebhart was arraigned on Feb. 13 and is scheduled to return to court March 20.
