WASILLA -- Wasilla police are charging Ryan L. Milline, 21, of Wasilla, with two counts of second-degree sexual assault after Milline allegedly assaulted three 18-year-old women inside their car in the parking lot in front of Valley Billiards.
Police say Milline grabbed two of the women by the breast, grabbed one by the throat and told them he would kill someone unless one of the women left with him.
Wasilla police first learned of the incident about 20 minutes after midnight on the morning of Superbowl Sunday. According to a Wasilla Police press release, the women were driving along the Parks Highway toward the police station after the alleged assault with Milline following closely behind in a Ford Taurus when the call came in. All three women are from Wasilla, according to the release. Police met the women in the police station parking lot and made contact with Milline nearby on the Parks.
Milline would not comply with police requests for a field sobriety test, according to the press release, which says he showed signs of intoxication at the time of his arrest. In addition to the two counts of second-degree sexual assault, Milline is being charged with DWI, driving with a revoked license, reckless driving and three counts of third-degree assault, according to the release. Police also issued the alleged assailant two citations; one for tailgating and another for failure to provide proof of insurance. Wasilla police say Milline is being held at Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility, where his bail is set at $15,000.
