Wasilla, Palmer undefeated in duals

ANCHORAGE — It was Valley vs. City, and the Valley won.

The Wasilla Warriors and Palmer Moose were both a perfect 3-0 during the Valley vs. City Duals at South Anchorage High School last Friday.

The defending state champion Warriors earned a 48-30 win over West Anchorage, beat South Anchorage 46-30 and capped their evening with a 60-17 victory over Service.

Palmer beat Service 45-31, handed West a 51-24 loss and defeated host South 45-31.

The Colony Knights finished 1-2, falling to South and Service, and beating West.
