Roger and Julie Bouwens of Palmer are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Bouwens to Derek Wilson of New Plymouth, Idaho.
They will marry June 23 at The Lodge at Riggins Hot Springs, Riggins, Idaho.
Jessica graduated from Palmer High, class of 2001 and went on to graduate from the University of Idaho, Moscow class of 2005.
She received a B.S. in Management and Human Resources with a minor in Interpersonal Communication.
She is currently employed with Micron Technology, Inc. Boise, Idaho.
Derek is the son of David Wilson of Riggins, Idaho and Rachael and Chris Simonsen of New Plymouth, Idaho.
Derek graduated from Riggins High, class of 2001 and also attended the University of Idaho. Derek currently owns his own contracting business.
Jessica's attendants are Kalea Myers, maid of honor, and Lauren Smayda, both of Palmer; Melissa Jensen of Washington, Chantal Mosman of Arizona, Amy Wilson and Valerie Grizzle of Idaho. Jessica's flower girl will be Sierra Grizzle.
Derek's attendants will be Randall Grizzle, best man, John Price, Brent Kaschmitter, Nick Perkins and Tyrel Swopes, all of Idaho; and Kellan Kaatz of Minnesota.
