Palmer resident William Ralph Foster died Dec. 9, 2002, at Valley Hospital in Palmer.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, Dec. 14 at 2 p.m. at Fairview Loop Baptist Church, Mile 8.25 Fairview Loop Road in Wasilla. Pastor Tom Hoffman will officiate.
A full obituary will be published later.
Arrangements were made by Valley Funeral Home.
