Ptarmigan Ptrails co-owner Eddie Kessler, Don Lundry, and Chris Bons work to install a split rail bordering at Wilson Park Pump Track in Palmer May 31 in Brittany Estates on Felicia Street. This project had support from National Park Service Recreational Trails Conservation Assistance Program, Sustainable Designs Group, and Ptarmigan Ptrails LLC and the Bike Palmer group.
