PALMER — A Chugiak woman arrested for driving under the influence had a 5-year-old child in her vehicle, according to the Alaska State Troopers.
AST arrested Cecilia White, 39, just after 10 p.m. Tuesday night.
“Alaska State Troopers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle driving into private driveways in the area of Duchess Court and Cottrell Campus Drive,” troopers stated in an online dispatch posted Wednesday.
Troopers stopped the black Saturn White was driving, and White was arrested and has been charged with DUI and endangering the welfare of a child in the first degree. White refused to submit a breath test.
