Woodruff for Mayor

To the editor:

I am very happy to endorse Dianne Woodruff as a candidate for mayor of Wasilla. During the past year, Elder Watch has benefited considerably from her balanced position and logical reasoning, her insight into our problems, her time given to attend our meetings as well as WASI board and members’ meetings.

Her insight into the political and governmental aspects of our problems has been invaluable. We are much impressed with her common-sense attitude toward the city’s problems and her active participation in council sessions. She is a strong leader who can concentrate on the city’s welfare as a whole, expecting city government officials to attend to the duties delegated to them.

I believe that the city of Wasilla has great potential for growth, and that Dianne Woodruff is very competent to foster that growth.
