Write-in candidate wants return to constitutional government

The only way to truly heal any wound is to completely expose it, clean it, then protect and nourish it.

“It is my will that they should continue to importune for redress and redemption by the hands of those who are placed as rulers and are in authority over you — according to the laws and constitution of the people, which I have suffered to be established, and should be maintained for the rights and protection of all flesh, according to just and holy principles; that every man may act in doctrine and principle pertaining to futurity, according to the moral agency which I have given unto him, that every man may be accountable for his own sins,” according to Doctrine and Covenants, Section 101:76-80. “Therefore, it is not right that any man should be in bondage one to another. And for this purpose have I established the constitution of this land by the hands of wise men whom I raised up unto this very purpose, and redeemed the land by the shedding of blood.”

“Therefore, I, the Lord, justify you … in befriending that law which is the constitutional law of the land,” continues Section 98: 6-7. “And as pertaining to law of man, whatsoever is more or less than this, cometh of evil.”

The constitution is the designated law of this land under God.

Any law that violates or infringes on any inalienable right from God, including life, liberty (which includes the freedom to choose, to own and manage property, free enterprise, privacy, parent, keep and bear arms) and the pursuit of happiness, “cometh of evil” to subvert that freedom is illegal, should not be obeyed and should be put down.

Required withholding or payment of property taxes, Social Security, Medicare, insurances and unions — the Patriot Act, Food Act, arms control of any kind — agricultural price fixing, quotas, subsidies and genetic/chemical modification requiring name and address to receive a cheaper price and stimulus/bailout/public welfare programs are all unconstitutional, take away guaranteed inalienable freedoms, bind and break people and country and are therefore against the law.

I was born and raised here, have owned and managed businesses, am educated and grounded in the gospel of Jesus Christ, health, emergency preparedness and medicine, and the founding of this country and constitution. I have served in leadership positions in church, schools, Boy Scouts of America and community. I strongly stand for and am a proponent of constitutional government, free enterprise, family and community self-reliance, health and unity, and non-union classical education according to the laws of God and constitution as this country was founded.

I have handed out my red “Restore America” cards, emergency preparedness information and serve the elderly, poor, homeless and youth. You have heard me speak at city council, school board and borough assembly meetings.

I have been called many names, the window in my car has been broken out and I have been threatened.

I stood in honor of those who had fallen at the 9/11 rally as well as for those who are and have laid down their lives in defense of this country, the constitution and our liberties guaranteed under it. My family, my Boy Scouts and my neighbors have fought and died in the Revolutionary War, Civil War, World War I, Korea, post-Vietnam and Iraq, so I may freely speak and write these things. I will not sit back and do nothing while there are those who are dishonest or who compromise, speak and legislate against it.

Evil wins when good men (and women) do nothing. Edmund Burke said, “The things men believe in are the things they do,” in a song from the play “City of Joseph.”

I announce my candidacy as a write-in candidate for U.S. Senator. I do not affiliate with any party — our founding fathers warned against it as it would divide our nation. I love, live for, speak of and defend God, the truth, the family and my country/constitution. My intention is to stop and reverse unlawful legislation and those who have established it and restore constitutional government and liberty in all of its aspects.
