You have got to be kidding me. Three dead people, and no one did anything wrong? They just died of natural causes? The district attorney who made this decision should be held accountable.
We know it was an “accident.” However, the person driving the vehicle that rear-ended the one waiting to make the left turn must be held accountable. It’s called inattentive driving, and that has to be punishable. Otherwise society only has to say, “I wasn’t paying attention, therefore I am innocent.”
Please pursue this issue with some follow-up investigation. Are we sure the district attorney is not a friend of the driver’s family?
