Young does not deserve to serve

To the editor:

Don Young’s “hurtful” remarks at Wasilla High School on Tuesday after a student’s suicide are just one more item in the long list of crude, inappropriate actions made by Mr. Young. Please, enough is enough. He does not deserve to represent us any longer. He has lost that privilege. My granddaughter, who is a high school student in the Valley, was shocked and mad at what he said. We must show our children that the representatives of our democracy must be ethical and willing to work together, rather than acting like arrogant bullies. He cannot be the measure of who our children should look to for leadership.
