Angela Rosario Caven, 57, died Oct. 3, 2012, from a sudden massive brain aneurysm with her family by her side.
Angela was born June 21, 1955, and was happily married for more than 30 years to her loving husband, Richard Caven. Throughout their marriage they had three amazing children, Thomas, 31, Daniel, 28 (who married Sarah Rappe Caven) and Shelby, 21. Angela felt her greatest accomplishment was her children and how very proud they made her.
Angela enjoyed off-road racing, sewing and crocheting, but most of all, she loved being surrounded by her family and close friends.
Before her death, Angela became a proud grandmother to a baby girl, Lily-Marie Jane Caven whom she loved to come to Alaska to see and spoil.
Angela’s greatest wish was to move back to Alaska from California with her husband to retire and be with all of her children and be a part of each of their lives. She had an extremely big heart and wanted to see and make everyone happy.
The Caven family and close friends plan a celebration of life for her in summer 2013 — camping with a bonfire by the river for this was something Angela enjoyed doing in the great state of Alaska. The Caven family would also like to thank everyone for their prayers and words. May God bless you all.
