Alaskans for Palmer Hay Flats 2016 Summer Family Fun Day, 10:00am - 2:00pm, Reflections Lake, Palmer, The annual Summer Family Fun Festival at Reflections Lake is approaching. It is a day for all community members to come down to the Refuge to canoe, kayak, hike around the lake, bird watch, eat yummy food and learn about our natural resources and enjoy Alaska in the summer! It is a perfect opportunity for vendors to come and meet new community members and sell their goods. Last year the event drew around 300 people and helped raised money for Alaskans for Palmer Hay Flats b a non-profit organization that helps increase stewardship, education and enhancement of this wonderful resource.,
