Barbara Allison Chase Ruef, born on October 23, 1946, in Milford, MA, passed away on August 24, 2024 in St. Petersburg, FL. She is survived by her two daughters, Allison (Scott) Duncan and Jessica (Marc) Wheeler, as well as her beloved grandchildren, Morgan (Aizen) Hatter, Harris Wheeler, and Eleanor Wheeler. Her Great-Grandson Nikolas Hatter. Barbara is also survived by her sister, Vivian Chase Smith.
