Bernard Dale Oldham, 67, a loving husband and caring father, died Sept. 18, 2007, in Talkeetna. He was born Sept. 19, 1939, in Visalia, Calif.
Oldham loved Alaska and enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing guitar and spending time with his family and friends. He devoted time to helping loved ones and was always willing to lend a helping hand. He had a great sense of humor and positive perspective during hard times. It is by divine appointment that Oldham was called home suddenly and his family’s prayers go with him. He will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce, and sons Charles, Ordie and Emmett, their wives and seven grandchildren.
Valley Funeral Homes and Crematory of Wasilla and Palmer assisted the family.
