Beverly Eileen Dagley-Wong, 57, died April 14, 2012, at Mat-Su Regional Medical Center.

A memorial service in honor of Beverly is at noon, May 19 at Kings Chapel in Wasilla, 1701 N. Lucille St. Pastor Daniel Bracken will officiate.

Beverly was born Nov. 7, 1954, in Long Beach, Calif., to Thomas Curtis Dagley and Beverly Eileene Dagley.

Beverly was employed as a lab technician for many years with Providence Hospital. Beverly’s life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by her understood that the quality of existence exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives. She was a devout Christian woman who loved the Lord and put all of her trust and confidence in him. She will be dearly missed by all who ever had the opportunity of knowing her.

In accordance with Beverly’s wishes, her brother, James Dagley, will spread half of her ashes on Mt. Goldie alongside her mother’s ashes. The other half will be spread by her son, Christopher Wong, in Maui, Hawaii.

Surviving are her two brothers and sister with their spouses, Charles and Leanne Dagley, James R. Dagley and Barbara and Sam Adams; sons, Curtis Wong and Christopher Wong; several nieces and nephews; and her faithful companion, her blue merle Australian Sheppard, Lia.

Arrangements were by Valley Funeral Home and Crematory. A guestbook is online at alaskanfuneral.com
