“Billy” Humphries, 74, passed away August 31st 2021, at Providence Medical Center in Anchorage, Alaska. Billy was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, and came to call Southern California home. He and his family have been coming to Alaska for summer vacations for over 20 years, where he made many friends. Billy was an auctioneer and had a larger-than-life personality and had a commanding presence. He loved to fish, especially at Clear Creek up the Talkeetna River or dip net at Kenai. But his absolute favorite thing to do was making life-long memories with the people he loved.
