Brian Dirk McNair, (Bunny Boot Brian), aged 74 years, died on December 18th, 2021 in Wasilla, Alaska.
Brian was born August 4th, 1947 in Brockville, Ontario, Canada to Robert Henry McNair and Lera Hammond.
Brian was known for his quick wit and sharp sense of humor. He loved, and is remembered for, his service in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints mentoring children, youth, and young adults.
His was an entrepreneurial spirit, bringing his family to Alaska in 1994 in a Winnebago stuffed with Bunny Boots. (His children will continue his Bunny Boot Legacy while supplies last. (907) 232-1893)
Brian was preceded in death by his wife Evelyn Call, (Dean Elmo Call, Jeane Randall) who died May 16th, 2018 at the age of 70, and a grandson, Isaac McNair.
Brian remarried Cathy K. Mosher, May 3rd, 2019.
Brian is survived by Cathy, his children, Robert (Liz) McNair, Brian Randall (Lara) McNair, Heather (Jared) Conley, Angela (Michael) Tarbert, and 16 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held January 29th at 10:30 AM at the Wasilla Alaska Stake Center of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Humanitarian fund are welcomed.
