Born in Anchorage Alaska to Bud and Edna Mothershead. Bryan graduated from Palmer High in 1976 and went on to work on the North Slope for Western Geophysical, where he worked for 23 years. He then went on to work for his brother’s company, Statewide Clearing and then to Alaska Hydro Ax. Bryan loved operating heavy equipment and always had some kind of project going. He spent many hours tinkering in his garage. He loved to hike up at Hatcher Pass but the true love of his life was his wife Lorraine who he was married to for 41 years. They raised their two boys in Palmer and he was so very proud of them. Bryan and Lorraine had big plans to travel next year in their retirement before his sudden passing from an electrical arrhythmia. Bryan is preceded in death by his parents and brothers Bruce and Fred. He is survived by his wife Lorraine, sons Ryan (Holly) and Jeremy (Hannah). Grandchildren Olivia (Falon), McKenzie, Emma and Henry. His siblings, Barry, Greg and Lisa Archibald.
Services will be April 28 at St. Michael's in Palmer followed by a celebration of life at the Moose Lodge. Sandwiches will be provided but please feel free to bring finger food or a covered dish.
