Carol Lee Grebbs

Carol Lee Grebbs, 90, passed away August 19, 2018 at Granny’s Log Cabin Care Center in Wasilla, Alaska. A Celebration of Life will be held at 1 p.m. December 8, 2018 at Masonic Memorial Park; 455 North Street SE, Tumwater, Washington.

Carol was born on August 19, 1928 in Long Beach, California to Walter and Lucille (Price) Fuller. On September 17, 1950 she married Ronald Grebbs in Las Vegas, Nevada. The couple celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in September, 2000 in Olympia, Washington. Ron passed away on February 26, 2014. Carol worked as a bank teller and loan officer most of her life. Carol has made her home in Alaska since 2014.

Carol was a Bethel Guardian of the Job’s Daughters Bethel 286 in Long Beach, California.

Her family noted that her husband, Ron, had nicknamed her “Alibi”.

Carol is survived by her three daughters, Maxine Shaw, Hallandale Beach, FL; Theresa J Dobbins, Wasilla, AK; and Lowell Gavito, Littleton, CO; as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Mrs. Grebbs is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald V Grebbs, Sr (2014), and one son, Ronald V Grebbs, Jr (1992).
