Charlene Edith Gant

Charlene Edith Gant, 94, passed away on February 4, 2015, at Central Peninsula Hospital Soldotna, with her daughter, Julie, at her side.

She was born on June 22, 1920, to Pansy and Nathaniel Hammond in Merrill, Iowa, joining two older brothers, Clifford and Raymond.

Charlene’s funeral is at 4 p.m., Feb. 8 at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Palmer, with viewing from 3 to 4 p.m., and a potluck reception to follow in the social hall at the church.
