Charles (Chuck) Welsh
Chuck Welsh, age 66, was born May 13, 1956 in Ogden, Utah and passed away unexpectedly October 23, 2022. He and his wife Rita had just moved to their new winter home in Lake Havasu City, Arizona where he passed while working on his new backyard oasis.
At the age of 10, when Chuck’s family moved to Alaska, he then became an Alaskan. He was a hardworking man and ran a successful plumbing company in Palmer, Alaska until his passing. He loved life and the outdoors, spending many hours hunting, fishing, and camping, and teaching his grandkids the value of hard work. He was the happiest when surrounded by his family.
Chuck was preceded in death by his mother, Beatrice; sisters, Debbie and Tina; and brother, Pete. He is survived by his wife, Rita; father, Leland and stepmother Ada; brother, Keith; children, Jennifer and Jared, and grandchildren, Kain, Brittany, Zach, Danielle, Tyler, Rylie, Carson, and Briece. He had a fondness for his “office grandkids” Kyril and Selah.
Chuck did not want a funeral service and instead wished his ashes to be spread in the Alphabet Hills. He will be forever missed.
