Estacada, Oregon, resident Clark Lemon died at Portland Veterans Hospital on September 9, 2015. He was 66. A prayer service was held on Monday at St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Estacada.

Clark Everett Lemon was born in Palmer, Alaska, to John and Emma (Blackman) Lemon on October 12, 1948. He grew up in Alaska, where he attended school until being drafted into the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.

After leaving the Army, he spent a small amount to time in Alaska before moving to Oregon. Clark moved to Estacada in 1987, where he became friends with Yolanda Garcia in 1994. They were married in 2004.

Clark worked as a contractor in the construction business, where he built many of the Burger Kings in Portland as well as other commercial business buildings in the area. He enjoyed gold panning, hunting, camping and spending time with his family.

Survivors include: wife Yolanda; sons Leonard, Daniel, Robert and Bennie; daughters Ashley, Jessica, Jeris and Christy; mother Emma Lemon; sister Gerry Barrington; granddaughters Alyssa, Haley, Sadie, Megan, Heather and Jessica; grandsons Zachary, Cody, Seth, Josh and Triston; Great Grandchildren John and Jesslyn.
