Dale Alan Borgeson

Dale Alan Borgeson was born June 19, 1953 in Thief River Falls, MN. Dale passed away in his home in Rocky Mount, Missouri on April 8, 2020 at the age of 66 years old. Dale was diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis in April of 2017, which ended up taking his life.

Dale lived in Thief River Falls, MN through the 2nd grade. Dale and his family moved to the family farm in Park River, North Dakota where they enjoyed farm life. Dale graduated from Park River High School in 1971. After graduation, Dale started his electrical career eventually becoming a Journeyman Electrician. Dale moved his young family to Alaska in 1981 and worked all over Alaska. In 2003, Dale and Debbie moved to Rocky Mount, MO and started Hogg Electric. He was a quiet, humble man who was well-loved and in his spare time enjoyed time with his family, drawing, being outdoors, riding his Harley Davidson, raking his yard, sitting by a campfire, and the waterfall he built in his backyard.

Dale is survived by his beloved partner of 19 years, Debbie Rogers, and his children: Leah, Jerame, Jessica, Justin, Theresa (Jeff), Mandy (Eric), Ryan (Megan), and Lindsey. Dale has 13 grandchildren and one great-grand child. Dale’s siblings include Dee, Maureen, Barry (Brenda), Keith (Kris), Jill (Jerry), Kathy (Bobby), and Diane.

Dale was preceded in death by his parents Raymond and Joyce Borgeson, grandparents Emil and Ella Borgeson, and Armond and Elvie Corriveau.

There will be a Celebration of Life in honor of Dale on Saturday, July 18, 2020 in Eldon, MO (subject to change due to COVID-19). Call Barry at 952-220-6232 for information. In Lieu of flowers or money, the family is asking for donations to be made in Dale’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
