Retiring teacher, coach urges Colony grads to ‘find their 68’

Dale Gerald Weeks, age 56, passed away on September 19, 2016 at Mat-Su Regional Medical Center in Palmer, Alaska.
Dale was born on January 25, 1960 in Oceanside, California to Gerald & Rose (Diliberto) Weeks.
He was self-employed and worked as a carpenter, welder, and mechanic.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting, cooking, and riding his Harley… hard & fast!
His family wrote: “He was a great cook. He enjoyed family nights with Italian food and good company. He always had a very unique sense of humor and could easily catch the attention of others. We will always be grateful for the time that we had with him. He will forever be missed by us all.”
Dale was preceded in death by his parents: Gerald C. Weeks and Rose M. Weeks; his late wife, Kimberly Lynn Hoskinson Weeks; and his sisters: Joy Ford and Gail Weeks.
He is survived by his son, Joshua Weeks; son, Caleb Weeks; and daughter, Mariah Weeks. He is also survived by brothers: Anthony Bucchiere and Robert Mills (Sue); and his sisters: Julia Bucchiere, Rose Plemel (Roc), Mary Davis, Catherine Dresnek (Leo), and Jackie Marshall (Robert).
