Retiring teacher, coach urges Colony grads to ‘find their 68’

David “Coyote” Limberg, 62, passed away Dec. 8, 2013, at his home in Big Lake with his daughter at his side.
A celebration of life is at 4 p.m., Dec. 18 at Floaters, 2990 S. Big Lake Road, Big Lake.
He was born May 25, 1951, in Michigan to Lester and Lillian Limberg.
He served his country in the U.S. Army and later moved to Alaska in the 1970s.
David “Coyote” was known as a “Big, rough and tough guy, with a heart of gold. He loved his Ford trucks, snowmachines, and motorcycles.”
Surviving are his loving daughter, Jessica Limberg of Everett, Wash.; brother, Ray Limberg of Newaygo, Mich.; sister, Eileen Slater of Lansing, Mich.; and sister, Sandy Limberg of Lansing, Mich.
