David R. Hill

David R. Hill, 69, passed away at his home in Big Lake, Alaska on August 12, 2018.

An Open House to Celebrate his Life will be held at the Hill Residence on Saturday, August 18, 2018 from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

David was born in Salem, OR on August 8, 1949. He moved to Alaska in 1959. He moved to Big Lake, Alaska in 1973. He has owned and operated Valley Moving & Storage since 1985.

David loved fishing and numerous other outdoor activities. He enjoyed going to Vegas and spending time with his family.

Survivors include his wife Sidonia Hill; sons Allen Hill and David Seber; daughters Ginel Meehan and Stacy Haverlah; sisters Lois Johnson, Judy Carda and Gail Vega; brother Lloyd Hill; 5 grandchildren with one on the way, 7 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

David was preceded in death by his parents Elvera Corkery and Raymond Hill.
