Delbert Lynn Wilkins

Delbert Lynn Wilkins, 61, died Feb. 25, 2011, in Wasilla.

Memorial services are at 2 p.m., March 4, at Valley Funeral Home Chapel, 151 E. Herning Ave., Wasilla.

Delbert was born June 22, 1949, in Siloam Springs, Ark., to Delbert Earl and Wanda Faye (Gullett) Wilkins.

He worked for the Black Lake Buildings in Wasilla and his family said he loved to yard sale, enjoyed a good game of poker and his trips to Reno, Nev. He was a member of the Elks and belonged to the Palmer Elks Lodge.

Delbert is survived by his parents, Delbert and Wanda Wilkins of Siloam Springs; sisters, Arlene Miller of Fargo, N.D., Linda Dunlap of Marvell, Ark., and Peggy Still of Siloam Springs; brothers, James Wilkins of Oravette, Ark., David Wilkins of Atoka, Okla., Terry Wilkins of Garivaldi, Ore., and Ivan Wilkins of Omaha, Ark. He is also survived by sons and daughters in-law, Dennis and Mary Tresner of Wasilla and Shawn and Tamara Tresner of Edmond, Okla.; and eight grandchildren.

The family was cared for by Valley Funeral Home and Crematory of Wasilla.
