On January 3, 2016, Diana Kay Pittser, 56, of Houston, Alaska, went home to be with our Heavenly Father. A celebration of Diana’s life will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, January 9, 2016, at the Hilltop Assembly of God Church, located at mile marker 59.7 Parks Highway, Houston, Alaska 99694.

Diana was born at Ballard General Hospital in Seattle, Washington. At five days old she was adopted by Mr. and Mrs. Rev. George and Arlene Wiggin. With a father for a pastor, in her younger years, Diana traveled with her family often. She had a warm and free spirit which led her to live life to the fullest. She cherished her relationship with God, riding Harley’s, and her beloved family. Diana was a hardworking, devoted, and tremendously generous woman. Diana will forever be remembered for her free-spirit, running wild, as she forever was and forever will be.

Diana was employed with Doyon Universal Services where she held the position of Head Chef. As Head Chef, Diana made all those who had to be away from family and friends feel at home. She enjoyed making delicacies and exquisite arrangements for them.

Diana is survived by her husband and love of her life, Steve Pittser; her parents, Mr. & Mrs. George and Arlene Wiggin; sisters, Becky Wiggin of Salem, Oregon and Marlona Ely and her husband Paul of Madera, California; son, Isaac Garcia of Fremont, California; daughter, Juanita Martinez and her husband Miguel of Artesia, New Mexico; son, Anthony Garcia of Bloomfield, New Mexico; son, Joseph Garcia and his wife Michelle of Big Lake, Alaska; son, Angelo Rodriguez of California; daughters, Stephanie Pittser and Karen Mouse both of Houston, Alaska; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who she loved dearly.
