Dometri Lyndon Emery
Dometri Lyndon Emery, was born April 12th, 2003 to Jeremy Emery and Chyanne Emery. He grew up in Alaska surrounded by his family. As a true Alaskan-loving kid, he embraced the cold and snow and started playing hockey at 5 years old. He found many friends who shared his nerdy habits of video games, anime, Dungeons & Dragons, and hockey. While he was enrolled in Valley Pathways, he found teachers who also fueled his love of history and science. He always loved a good story and had a great appreciation for Cross-Over Fanfiction. He was always considerate with others and always tried to add a bit of sarcastic flare. He passed unexpectedly on August 27th, 2021 and will be dearly missed. He is supported on his journey by family and friends. His family includes; his Father, Jeremy Emery; Mother Chyanne Emery; Sisters Mystica Emery and Arena Clavell; Step-mom, Natacha Melendez-Lopez; Grandparents, Mickey and John Hage, Betsy Walsh, Jerry and Linda Emery, Elsa Lopez and Luis Melendez, Rodney Phelps; Aunts and Uncles, Samantha Walsh, Candice Oxnam, Jonathan and Angelina Emery, Kaysie Levshakoff, Emily Love and Joe Love, Jeremy and Raquel Williams, Natalie Melendez, Mandy and Lenard Gomes, and so many other cousins and family members whose hearts ache at the loss of this bright and talented young man.

A celebration of life will be held at the Menard Sports Complex on Saturday, September 11th, 2021 from 2:30 – 5 PM where there will be an area for food to be brought and shared. Giving the opportunity for friends and family to share some words of encouragement and comfort until we meet again with our son, friend, brother, grandson, great grandson, great-great grandson and nephew, which we most love, Dometri Emery.
