On May 23rd, 2023 Don Colwell passed away after a short battle with cancer. He was blessed to leave this world surrounded by family.

He married his wife Julie in 1969. They raised their family in Anchorage, and later moved to Wasilla in 2004. While living in Wasilla, they cultivated many friendships with church members; family and church were the most important things in Don’s life.
