Doug Telkamp was a heavy equipment mechanic, but his real passion was making people smile. His cheerful outlook and contagious humor could brighten the darkest mood, and because he was always willing to lend a hand and an encouraging word, Doug will be missed by friends from all over.
Born November 5th, 1963, Doug was a loving son, a father, grandfather and brother. When Doug passed away November 22nd, he left behind his mother, Barbara Ulrich, his step-father, Lacy Ulrich, his three children, Jason, Tana, Douglas Jr, seven grandchildren, and his three brothers Danny, Donald and Dwight, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Doug loved Alaska and he loved to fish. Most of all, Doug loved his family and friends, all of whom will miss him dearly.
