Edward Donald Martin Sr., 81, died Feb. 27, 2013, in Soldotna from a heart attack following surgery.
He was born Sept. 9, 1931, to Frederick and Amelia (Mildred) Martin of Brooklyn, New York.
A celebration of life ceremony is at noon, April 27, at the Senior Center in Sterling where Ed lived, followed by graveside services at the Soldotna Memorial Cemetery conducted by his nephew, the Rev. Leslie Martin. His family cordially invites friends to attend and to share memories of Ed Sr.
