Evelyn loved playing cards, watching musicals, opera, and singing with groups. She enjoyed traveling to many places across the world with friends and visiting both in- and out-of-state. She spent many of her retirement winter months in Florence, AZ.
She was married for 61 years to Donald Elliott, her cowboy sweetheart.
She leaves behind her son, Glenn (Kyla); daughters, Sundi and Kerry Hondl, Rebecca (Mike) Maloy, Jill (Mike) Hoffman, and Donna (Chris) Bach; grandchildren, Robyn Rodrigues, Jamie Herring, Marshal Maloy, Jenna and Kenneth Hondl, Elliott and Taylor Hoffman, Abigail and Leviticus Elliott, and Geneine Kelly, Zahn and Adonna “Santi” Bach; and great grands, Mason and Jensen Maloy, Dottie and Lucy Herring, and Maximillian Rodrigues. She was preceded in death by son, Scott Elliott; parents, William and Cecelia Pete; siblings, George, Joe, Fred, Billy, Mary Romer, Bing Santamour, and Carol Pete.
She had a full Catholic mass on January 13, 2021, attended by many friends and relatives via Zoom, and will be buried in Bethel later this summer.
