Faith Diane Phillips, 19 months old, died tragically Sept. 9, 2012, at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage.
A private celebration of life in memory of Faith is planned for friends and family.
Faith was born Jan. 13, 2011, in Palmer to Brittany Phillips.
The family wrote: “Our daughter was an amazing little girl. She was very playful and energetic. She wasn’t shy, she loved meeting new people and she loved animals, too.”
Surviving are her mother, Brittany Phillips of Wasilla; and step-dad, Andrew Stokes of Wasilla.
