He enjoyed fishing, hunting, painting, bowling and coin and rock collecting.

“Felix was a master mason who ran his business for more than 40 years,” his family wrote. “He was a strong, well-respected businessman and friend who will be greatly remembered and missed. He shared his love of hunting and fishing with family and friends and will be the subject of conversation over many campfires to come. There are no words to describe the love, respect and admiration felt for this man, father and friend.”

Bruno is survived by his sons Felix Bruno III of Wasilla and Gary Bruno of Vancouver, Wash.; and grandchildren Shawna Bruno of Wasilla and Hunter and Mattea Bruno of Vancouver. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jean Bruno.
