FRANCES BARNHARDT

Frances Rounds Considine Barnhardt, 77, of Palmer passed away Jan. 26, 2008 at Mat-Su Regional Medical Center in Palmer.

Barnhardt was born in Herricks Center, Penn., on Sept. 15, 1930 to the late Duane and Harriet Rounds. Her husband, William Barnhardt, and two brothers, Donald and John Rounds, preceded her in death.

She is survived by her sons Bernard Considine of Palmer, with whom she resided, and William Considine of Wasilla; daughter and son-in-law JoAnne and Dennis Monahan of Raleigh, NC, along with granddaughters and grandson-in-law Kellie and Stephen Christopher Ford, and Stacie Monahan, all of Raleigh, and two great-grandchildren, Nolan Christopher Ford and Amelia Jacqueline Ford, also of Raleigh. She is also survived by two sisters, Lois Nagy of Pennsylvania and Elizabeth Horton of Florida, two sisters-in-law, Evelyn Rounds of Pennsylvania and Joan Rounds of Florida, and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.

Valley Funeral Homes & Crematory of Wasilla and Palmer, Alaska assisted the family.
