Frances Marie Moseley Plummer

Frances Marie Moseley Plummer, born Dec. 25, 1956, entered into eternal rest on Nov. 20, 2015. She was a loving and devoted wife to Milt Plummer for 19 phenomenal years. She was the daughter of Albert Henry Moseley Jr. and Mrs. Frances Rollman Moseley of Portsmouth, Virginia. A wonderfully strong and proud wife is survived by two sisters, Sandra Humphrey, Cheryl Honaker and husband Steve; brother, Leslie Moseley and wife Hope; and two nieces, Ciara Justice and Kendra Humphrey. Family and friends will hold a celebration of life on Dec. 6, 2015, from 1-5 p.m. downstairs at Evangelo’s.
