Fredrick David Russell, 84, of Wasilla passed away on March 3, 2010, at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage.
Fredrick was born Jan. 20, 1926, at St. Vincent, Minn., to Milton D. and Elsie (Newton) Russell. He served in the Navy. He became a resident of Alaska in 1969.
He is survived by his children, Jennifer D. Barber of California City, Calif., Bruce D. Russell of Booth Bay Harbor, Maine, and Stephan D. Russell of Wasilla. Arrangements were entrusted to the Cremation Society of Alaska.
