Geneva Hannah, 70, died June 5, 2012, in Wasilla.
Geneva was born in Dec. 15, 1941, in Arkansas.
Geneva was a loving person. Her passion was her family. She especially loved spending time with children, whether they were of her family or kids of Winton School, where she worked in the cafeteria more than 28 years. She enjoyed cooking, especially baking treats for all the kids, country music, camping, assisting with Scouting events and teaching Sunday school.
Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Kirk and Tara Hannah of Wasilla; daughter and son-in law, Robin and Larry Folkner of Goldendale, Wash.; daughter and son-in-law, Becky and Calo Taibi of Marysville, Calif.; son, Chad Hannah, of Brownsville, Calif.; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters-in-law, John and Ann Grissom of Pollock Pines, Calif., and Darryl and Gaytha Grissom of Atwater, Calif.; in-laws, Bob and June Hannah of Atwater, Calif., Roy and Ann Hannah, of Sonoma, Calf., and Charles James of Greers Ferry, Ark.; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Preceding her in death was her loving husband of 44 years, Bill Hannah; parents, Clifton and Sadie Grissom; grandson, Jason Hannah; sister, Ova Jean James; brothers-in-law, Amos and Jim Hannah; and nephews, Brian, Darren and Kendal Grissom, and Danny Hannah.
Graveside services are June 12 at Winton Cemetery in Atwater, Calif.
Arrangements were by Alaskan Heritage Memorial Chapel and Crematory of Wasilla.
