Gerald E. Crum, age 88, of Roseville, PA, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 17, 2021, at the Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA. He married the love of his life, Agnes E. (O’Donnell) Crum, in 1963, sharing 58 years of marriage together. Born December 8, 1932, in Elmira, NY, he was the son of the late Glenn & Blanche (Griffin) Crum.
Gerald served over 20 years in the Army and teaching at Wasilla High School in Alaska. As an avid outdoorsman, he was drawn to the Alaskan wilderness and enjoyed hunting caribou and moose, fishing for salmon, dog sledding for miles and camping with his family. After retirement, he returned to Tioga County, PA with his family.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Agnes E. Crum, of Roseville; three daughters and sons-in-law, Cathy & Robert Wilcox, of Livermore Falls, ME, Maureen & Steve Serban, of Lovingston, VA, and Erin & Ryan Snyder, of Greenville, PA; seven grandchildren, Ian, Joshua, Adam, Andrew, Daniel, Grace and Jack; great grandson, Henry Wilcox.
Burial took place in the Roseville Cemetery, Mansfield, PA. Funeral services were entrusted to Wilston Funeral Home, Mansfield, www.wilstonfh.com.
