Glen C. Topp, 58, passed away in the early morning on Oct. 14, 2015. He was born Aug. 2, 1957, in Northfield, Minnesota, to George and Hazel Topp. After Glen joined the family farm in Webster, they moved to Randolph, Minnesota, where he helped farm while he attended school and then went to Dakota County Vocational to become a welder in 1976. He is survived by daughter, Jessie Topp, of St. Paul, Minnesota; grandsons, James and Alexander Hightower; and sister, Janet Lorenzen, of Farmington, Minnesota, as well as nieces and nephews.
